Refund Eligibility:

HUB Career is committed to providing high-quality writing services. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we strive to address them fairly. Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

Full Payment Refund

A full refund will be issued under the following conditions if no work has commenced on the requested service, and the refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment.

Partial Payment Refund

Partial refunds are applicable if the service has commenced but is incomplete. Your refund may be proportionate to the uncompleted work. The refund amount will be determined based on the progress of the service.

Please note that administrative fees or third-party charges (e.g., transaction fees) are non-refundable.

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service has been fully rendered or delivered.
  • The refund request is submitted after the project deadline.
  • Dissatisfaction due to a lack of engagement, incomplete information provided by the client, or missed deadlines caused by the client.

Refund Process

Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request to info@thehubcareer.com within 24 hours days of the completion of the project. The request must include proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund, your name, and contact details. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Evaluation and Resolution

Upon receiving a refund request, HUB Career will promptly review the circumstances and assess the validity of the claim. We may request additional information or clarification from the client.

If the refund request is deemed valid, HUB Career will refund the full or partial payment, as deemed appropriate, or take corrective actions to address the issues raised.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Some services, such as consultations and express delivery packages, are non-refundable once booked or initiated.

Refunds will also not be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences.
  2. Changes in project scope or requirements after commencement.
  3. Delays or issues caused by the client.

Payment Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.

Modification of Terms

HUB Career reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients through other means, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
