General Terms
By placing an order with HUB Career (“we/us/our”), you, the Client (“you/your”), agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms & Conditions for any changes. If you disagree with any updates, you must immediately discontinue using our services. We hold the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason. You acknowledge that your content (excluding credit card details) may be transmitted unencrypted and could involve transfers across different networks or changes to comply with the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during network transfers.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, its use, or access to it, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from HUB Career.
Your access to and use of HUB Career’s website, along with any other websites owned by us (“our websites”), is strictly subject to our Terms and Conditions.
No contract exists until we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. We may withdraw any products or services at any time and all prices are subject to change prior to a contract being established. We are not liable for declining an order, withdrawing products or services, or changing prices.

HUB Career reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services at our discretion, for instance, if further constructive feedback is not provided, or if a client uses abusive language.
None of these terms, conditions, or policies affect your statutory rights. The section titles in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
Section 1 – Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given HUB Career your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, incompleteness, or outdated information on the site. The content provided is for general information and should not be solely relied upon for making decisions without consulting more accurate or timely sources. Any reliance on the site’s material is at your own risk.
The site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference and may not be current. We reserve the right to modify the site’s content at any time but is under no obligation to update any information. It is your responsibility to monitor changes on the site.
Section 4 – Modifications to the Service and Prices
We may change product prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of its content, at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Service.
Section 5 – Products or Services (If Applicable)
Some products or services from HUB Career may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. These are subject to return or exchange only as per the Refund Policy. While we strive to display product colors and images accurately, it cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect these accurately.
We reservee the right to limit sales of its products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and may do so on a case-by-case basis. It also reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered, and to modify product descriptions or pricing without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for a product or service on the site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, information, or other materials purchased will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to reject any order placed and may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. Restrictions may apply to orders made under the same account, credit card, and/or using the same billing or shipping address. If changes or cancellations occur, we may attempt to notify you using the email or billing address/phone number provided when the order was made.
We also reserve the right to restrict or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide up-to-date, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at the Career Store. You also agree to promptly update your account information, including email address and credit card details, to ensure transactions can be completed, and you can be contacted as necessary.

Section 7 – Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You agree to use these tools “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees or endorsements. We bear no responsibility for issues arising from your use of these optional tools. Use of these tools is at your own risk, and you should review and approve the terms provided by the third-party providers. Future features and services introduced on the site will also fall under these Terms of Service.

Our service may include third-party content, products, and services. We do not evaluate or guarantee the accuracy of third-party materials or websites and disclaim liability for any issues arising from them. Transactions with third-party websites are your responsibility, and you should review their policies carefully. You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, violating laws, infringing on intellectual property rights, submitting false information, spreading malware, collecting personal data without consent, or any other harmful activities. Violating these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to the service.
Section 13 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain liability limitations, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 14: Order Process & Turnaround Times
Once you have made payment, a writer will be assigned to your order, and work will commence. The average turnaround time for first drafts over the past 30 days will be displayed on our website during and after the checkout process. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays in meeting these average timescales, particularly during periods of high demand. For guaranteed delivery, consider our express delivery options.
Once drafts are provided, an order will be automatically closed and considered satisfactory if we have not received any feedback or requests for revisions within 14 days.
Section 15: Payments and Taxes
Full payment is required with all orders. Your credit/debit card or e-wallet will be charged upon order acceptance to ensure that sufficient funds or credit are available in the account. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines authorization, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery, and we are not required to notify you of the refusal.
In the event of a suspected billing error on your credit/debit card, our policy is to issue a full and immediate refund, pending further investigation by our management. All prices listed are inclusive of applicable global consumption and sales taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) as required by law, based on the customer’s location.
Section 16: Complaints
At HUB Career, we strive to respond to all correspondence, including complaints, within 24 hours of receipt. All complaints must be submitted in writing; our telephone staff are not authorized to handle such matters. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, we welcome arbitration from a respected and mutually agreed-upon independent third party.
Section 17: Delivery Format
Files are provided in Microsoft Word for Windows format as well as cross-platform PDF. We cannot be held liable for incompatibility issues with a user’s individual computer setup. However, we commit to assisting as best as possible in resolving such issues and will provide alternative, more suitable formats if feasible. It should be noted that IT support is not within our field of expertise, and if a resolution cannot be agreed upon, the user may need to seek appropriate professional IT support at their own expense.
LinkedIn Profile Writing
Our LinkedIn Profile Writing service involves providing a document file containing a full write-up of the various sections of a LinkedIn Profile, which can be easily copied and pasted into a live profile. Or we can your account to work on your profile. We do not however, create profiles on behalf of our clients. As a security measure to ensure the safety of personal information and confidentiality of login credentials, you can reset your login credenntials once we have completed work on your profile.
Section 18: Web Site Use
You warrant that you will use our website only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and solely for lawful purposes in a lawful manner. You warrant that all information you provide to HUB Career is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to such information.
We reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) a web site (or any part of it) without notice, and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal. Our web sites are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any warranty, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, or any implied warranty arising from the course of dealing or usage or trade. We make no warranty that the web sites will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or server(s) making it available are free of viruses or bugs.
We are not responsible or liable for any loss of material uploaded or transmitted through our web sites. All emails and attachments are confidential. If an email is received by a party who is not the intended recipient, they are requested to notify us immediately, delete it, and refrain from copying or using it for any purpose or disclosing its contents. We are not responsible for the content of emails, which may contain personal views. Anything said or contained within an email does not necessarily reflect our views unless specifically stated.
Internet communications are not secure and may be intercepted. All emails are checked for known viruses by Symantec Corporation software, updated at least daily, and no further liability can be accepted. All links on HUB Career’s web sites to third-party web sites are provided purely as an information source. We do not endorse, approve, certify, or control links or information provided by other individuals, institutions, or organizations, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, timeliness, or correct sequencing of information located at external Internet addresses, nor are we responsible for the terms, conditions, policies, or security of these web sites.
Section 19: Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all material on our web sites, including site design, structure, graphics, and all software and source codes, shall remain vested in our or its licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by HUB Career.
You acknowledge and agree that the material within our web sites is available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access, view, copy, and/or print pages from the web sites solely for evaluating whether to place an order with HUB Career. Any other use of the material is strictly prohibited.
Section 20: Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to losses that were not foreseeable to both parties at the time any contract was made, for losses not caused by any breach on our part, and for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers. It is limited for loss of data, loss of profits, cost of cover, or other special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability. This limitation will apply even if HUB Career has been advised of or is aware of the possibility of such damages.
Furthermore, nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents or employees.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold HUB Career, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, reasonable losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms & Conditions by you or other liabilities arising out of your use of HUB Career’s services and websites.
Severance
Each provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other. The validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part, subject to the condition that if a particular term(s) is/are declared legally void, the contract will continue to bind the parties if it can exist without the void term(s).
Section 21 – Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
